Type or select saved addresses for both sender and recipient. Click "Save Address" to store them for future use.
2. Customize Design
Upload your logo, choose fonts, adjust size and color. All changes appear instantly in the preview.
3. Print or Download
Click "Print Envelope" to send directly to your printer, or "Download as PNG" to save the image.

Toggle dark mode for comfortable viewing
Logos work best as PNG or JPG files under 2MB
Envelope Printing Instructions
Before Printing:
Load your envelope into the printer (usually face down, flap on the left)
Check your printer manual for specific envelope loading instructions
Print Settings:
Click "Continue to Print" below
In the print dialog, look for "Paper Size" or "Media Size"
Select the appropriate envelope size:
#10 Standard Business (COM-10): 4.125" × 9.5"
#9 Business: 3.875" × 8.875"
#6¾ Personal: 3.625" × 6.5"
9×12 Catalog: 9" × 12"
Set orientation to "Landscape" for most envelopes
Set scale to "100%" or "Actual Size"
Disable "Fit to Page" if enabled
Turn off "Headers and Footers" if visible in More Settings
Note: If you don't see envelope sizes in your print dialog, you may need to:
• Install updated printer drivers
• Use "Custom Size" and enter the dimensions manually
• Check your printer's envelope printing capabilities

JSON: Array of objects with fields: name, address/address1, address2, city, state, zip
YAML: List format with same fields as JSON
CSV: Header row with columns: name, address, address2, city, state, zip
Plain Text: Addresses separated by blank lines, 2-4 lines per address
